(See 'Vigeri Minor') - Medium sized plant w/bright green leaves - scape bears lateral secondary spikes in cardinal red w/ yellow petals. Dutrie said, "A small plant, very interesting, spaced bracts, cardinal red". Chevalier said, "A sweet little plant w/a scape bearing lateral secondary spikes - cardinal red in color". Chevalier in his 1942 Catalog p83 gives formula as rodigasiana X 'Rex' (?) - Good image in GolinskiVideo1997.
