cv. of unknown retroflexa hybrid origin - Tropiflora said, "A deep purplish inflorescence which is pendent and recurving upward - the foliage is coppery colored in a smallish rosette to 10" or so" - Johnson said, "The other parent is probably ensiformis - black medium rosette - purple scape somewhat tortuous in blooming plant".
