Mature large rosette to 1 metre diameter. Soft bronze green foliage with light greenish brown, glyph-like cross-bands (more pronounced on the leaf reverse) and rosy red leaf tips. All progeny from the identical, uniform P Tristram cross ( as V. 'Bevie') are to be known also as V. 'Red Emperor', which has markedly-different seasonal foliage changes. Glyph Group. Reg.
