cv. of pyramidalis v. pyramidalis (v. fastuosa) X cylindrostachya (maxima) - (See 'Chevalieri') - Chevalier said, "The plants - very vigorous - approach the pollen parent in their large erect leaves but form a narrower tube not swollen at the base - bracts are 10 cm in an intense shade of vermillion-pink rose - 20 violet blue corkscrew petals".
