Mature rosette to 12cm. diameter x 15cm. high. The short, caulescent, polystichous plant likes to grow in clumps. Flexible, silvery-grey, velvety-scaled numerous leaves are slim and recurved .The long, slim, straight peduncle bears about. 8 dark-lavender flowers (8 mm), which are spirally but very laxly arranged.
