TILLANDSIA ‘Tabasco’ | Arden J | ?
Note the similarity to the pollen parent of ‘Phoenix’ but ‘Tabasco’ has a denser layer of trichomes caused by a different parent. Note here the problems caused by the indiscriminate use of the word "rubra" which covers a whole range of the very variable T. capitata. This is a reluctant bloomer--violet petals. Rosette to 43 cms. diameter x 32 cms. tall in spike. Reg. Doc.10/2011 by G. Lawn. Country of origin: California USA
