cv. of cruenta (rubra) X 'Morris Henry Hobbs' - (Other cvs. = 'Knockout', 'Gee Whiz' & 'Red Gold') - Anderson says, "A loose rosette w/22-25 leaves in rusty-pink on a yellowish undertone - darker at maturity - leaves to 15" long and 3.5" wide w/round pink tips and widely spaced small dark red spines - cup becomes brighter at bloom time".
