NEOREGELIA ‘Lucy’ Timmins D / P Waters * circa 2012

Mature upright rosette to 25cm. diameter x 40cm. high. Glossy, pale green / beige leaves with broad central coral red stripes and lines, plus some pale green speckling. Variegated sport arose in the collection of New Zealand grower Diane Timmins. The parent plant is thought to be a form of N. chlorosticta, but was originally imported about 1960 as N. sarmentosa. Cultivar named by the registrant is in honour of the breeder's daughter. Reg. Doc. 2/2017 by Peter Waters.
