Mature , open, compact rosette to 15cm. diameter. Glossy, short, recurving, burgundy leaves, wide at the base and tapering to a sharp point. Relatively large, triangular, numerous, hooked white teeth spines. The lower leaves are olive green. This cultivar is named after a fictional Japanese samurai warrior. Reg.
