Forms a loose tube, 35-40cm, tall with approx. 8 leaves 5-6cm. wide flared on the outer half. Leaves undersides maroon-purple with strong silver-grey cross-banding (stripes) with numerous cream spots (stars). Uppersides olive-green with maroon edges and random cream spotting. Erect inflorescence just exceeding leaves, bright pink bracts, cream ovaries, cream calyx tipped blue, petals green with outer half blue. Grex sibling = B. 'Red Waterman'. Reg.
