cv. of fendleri X fasciata - (See 'Purple Velvet') - Big green rosette w/branched coral-pink and white spike - Bromeliad Treasury said, "A large plant w/3" x 20" silvery green leaves forming a 24" arching rosette - the leaves have a pink cast in 40% sun - the inflorescence is a large many branched cluster of frosted pink cylindrical spikes supported on a pink bracted scape that rises well above the leaves - blue-violet flowers".
