Mature, open, large rosette to 50cm. diameter x 50cm. high. Numerous, recurving, narrow, glossy dark maroon leaves, tapering to a sharp point and edged with large, hooked white spines. Erect, branched inflorescence to 1.5 metres tall with both the main stem and up to 6 lateral stems bearing vermillion orange, cupped flowers. Grex siblings = x D. 'Chamuco', 'Sporadic'. Reg.
