Mature, open rosette to 50cm. diameter x 30cm. high. Many narrow, slightly-arching, silvery-grey scurfed, leaves, each tapering to a point. The erect Inflorescence to 70cm. high has tightly- branched deep pink / salmon scarlet , pointed bracts, reminiscent of the filling of a "Cherry Ripe" (confection) . This seems to be a hybrid like T.
