cv. of unknown xCanmea parentage - An early cross of Ralph Davis developed by Herb Hill and named 'RaRu' to honor (Ra)lph and (Ru)by Davis - Tropiflora said, "Silver leaves form a handsome tubular vase w/a somewhat tulip shaped inflorescence fully 5" aross - red bracts and white flowers". Note added by Butcher on Dec 2013: In Aug 1964 Davis send a parcel of plants to Australia that included an ( Aechmea chantinii x Canistrum fosterianum)
