Mature, open, spreading large rosette to 65cm. diameter x 30cm. high. Many arching narrow, scurfed grey-green leaves, each tapering to a point. Erect, branched spike to 70cm. high with 7-9 paddles each with rosy red lower scape bracts merging to lime green upper portions and mauve petals. Accidental cross occurred at Birdrock Tropicals Nursery, California. From a seedling batch of selfed T. Chacalapa emerged this distinctly different hybrid group of seedlings, from which clones later were separated and selected. Fasciculata Group. Reg.
