Star-like rosette to 40cms. diameter. Leaves chocolate/silver-flecked with wavy crossbands similar to its ancestral grandparent O. gurkenii. Extended spike with green scape bracts on clustered branches with white flowers. Viviporous pups on spent inflorescence as well as basal offsets.
