NEOREGELIA ‘Pinegrove Tiger’ Buchanan J / Little R* circa 1999

Mature rosette to 40cms. diameter. In shade, narrow, glossy, bronze green leaves with random red striations and lineations and red speckling. Nest is red-flushed at blooming. In strong light, broader leaves with lime green inner growth striped and heavily speckled red, plus outer foliage is more solid coral red. This vegetative sport off N. 'Burbank' occurred at Pinegrove Nursery when John & June Buchanan owned it. Reg. Doc. 3/2015 by Ross Little.
