NEOREGELIA ‘Giant Pink’ ? / Vinzant L* circa 1980s

Mature upright rosette to 90cms. high x open 1 metre diameter in bloom. Broad, brown-spined, semi-glossy, pliant, bronze pink leaves with pinker cusped leaf tips. Large recessed inflorescence with lavender flowers. Exact origin, breeder and parentage are all unknown. The registrant got hers from Hawaiian grower Betty Ho who may have imported it into Hawaii.
