BILLBERGIA ‘Gothensis’ | Nally? | <1973
cv. of unknown parentage - Appears as cv. of amoena? or distachia? - Small symmetrical open yellow green rosette flecked with brownish spots - yellowish in good light - many leaves in nested form - short stolons - Butcher comments that Julian Nally lived in Gotha, Florida! which may account for the name, but then so too did Henry Nehrling and Theodore L Mead!.Plant that got to Australia is clearly different to the plant that stayed in Florida - see Beadle's photos
