Tropiflora said, "A good looking plant that grows to about 18" tall in a somewhat flaring tubular shape - the foliage is light green w/red variegation and the inflorescence is a pendent panicle of red berries" - Ralph Davis' friend, Hazel Mueller, said that 'Red Ribbon' appeared in her collection as a sport of 'Foster's Favorite' prior to 1955.
