cv. of malzinei X glutinosa - Large to 30" high and 30" across w/pointed leaves in green mottled in red becoming flushed red near the base - Upright branched spike w/6+ thin rounded branches w/closely spaced coppery red bracts - in strong light the leaves become vividly colored in yellow heavily spotted and spattered in burgundy - leaf tips curl upward - forms adventitous pups at base while immature.
