Mature, compact open rosette to 30 cm. diameter. In strong light, arching, wide, dark-spined, bronzed, scarified olive green leaves heavily overlaid with mid-green / white spots / splashes and with mixed marginated / striated rose pink longitudinal stripes. Tricolor Group. Named after Gold Coast, Queensland grower Rosie Proctor Kelly. Reg. Doc. 1/2020.
